Where are Peucha shoes made?
We are proud made in Thailand, Every pair is handcrafted by skilled Thai artisans, combining traditional craftsmanship with thoughtful design to create shoes that are both comfortable and timeless.
As each pair is carefully made by hand, one pair at a time, restocking may take a little longer. Every order we receive is made with intention and care, and we are deeply grateful for the support of every customer who chooses Peucha shoes.

Shipping & Return Policy
For Domestic orders within Thailand are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed.
Please note that we do not accept returns. However, customers may exchange for a different size, with a shipping fee of 50 THB.
For International Shipping
International orders are shipped primarily via Thailand Post

we use the ePacket service, with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 days.
However, for destinations such as Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia (within selected coverage areas > https://www.peuchaofficial.com/pages/overseas-shipping), we may use an alternative courier service dedicated to these regions, allowing delivery to take approximately 3–5 days or even faster.
Please note that we do not accept returns. However, customers may exchange for a different size. Shipping fees for size exchanges will be charged according to the actual shipping cost.
Customs and Duties
Import taxes and duties are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
If a parcel is refused or not accepted upon delivery, it will be returned to Thailand. Any return-related costs, including shipping and customs charges, will be deducted from the refund accordingly.

Customers may place a pre-order if the item is out of stock.
Estimated production time:

Approximately 7–10 days
> Penny Loafer / Mary Jane Gen2
Approximately 15–20 days
> Akiko / Moriko / Hinata
Approximately 10–15 days
Please note that production time may vary depending on material availability and our artisan production schedule.

Custom Color Orders
Customers may request custom color orders for the following models:
Hideko Signature, Hideko Glaze, Hideko Two Tone, Hideko 1 Inch Heels, Penny Loafer, Akiko, Moriko, Hinata, and Mary Jane Gen2
Simply send us the desired color reference, and we will check material availability and estimate the production timeline.
Custom color orders typically take 20–30 days.
However, if the requested color is already available in our materials, production may be faster.
For example, if you would like the color Midnight Blue (from Hideko Signature) applied to Hideko 1 Inch Heels, the production time may take less than 10 days.
Customers may also customize the insole type according to their preference.
For example, the Hideko 1 Inch Heels normally come with a firm memory foam insole, but customers may request a softer cushioned insole instead.
All of these customization options are available for an additional fee of only 100 THB per pair.
